Gender Equality Plan

Gender Equality Plan, which is formally approved by management and applies to all employees and decision-makers.

The plan includes:

  • Allocation of appropriate resources and use of gender expertise (in the field of research and within the team),
  • Collection and evaluation of data disaggregated by sex/gender (once a year),
  • Targeted awareness-raising within the team and activities focused on equality, prevention of unconscious bias, and support for an inclusive environment, including in the field of research.
